Peanut Butter & Banana Overnight Oats

My go-to breakfast is anything sweet, filling, scrumptious, and healthy. Here’s a simple and delightful recipe that you can prep the night before that has each of these four deserving qualities!


What you will need:
1 large banana (mashed)
1/4 cup of creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (I used Torani’s sugar-free Vanilla Bean syrup instead)
1/2 tsp of group cinnamon
1 tsp of light agave or honey
Optional: Dark chocolate chips

This recipe makes 2 servings


First, you will mash the banana in a large mixing bowl. You will then throw all of the other ingredients in the bowl with the mashed banana, and stir until smooth. Pour into a container with a lid and stick in the refrigerator overnight! (Makes 2 servings)
