Vitamin D(oes) the Body Good

Today, my coworkers and I had a day off from work and other responsibilities. So naturally, we decide to make the day adventurous and trek out to Hawksbill Crag right on the Buffalo River. If you have never experienced the Ozarks, then you have never experienced true beauty to say the least.

This view, though these iPhone pictures do not give it justice, is simply exquisite. No words, no picture, no comment will ever show how beautiful this sight and this experience truly was.

So yes, Vitamin D does the body good. It helps to strengthen your bones, it helps to boost your mood, and it helps you to stay active. This hike was tiring, but was certainly worth the expedition.
