The Islander

Mondays call for post-workout smoothies from one of my favorite juice joints, Inta Juice! I branched out and tried something new today: The Islander {with guava-passion fruit, mango, peaches, & honey}

Clean eating can be tough, but until you experiment around a bit with various healthy options then it will be hard to find the things that you actually enjoy and appreciate. Smoothies are my favorite go-to choice for a quick and tasty snack. Find a local smoothie place, or look up a quick recipe and blend one up yourself! You will be surprised at how your taste buds react to healthy options the more that you venture out!
